Centrum Wijk is a center for mental well-being.
We do this on the basis of individual, family and group discussions, training courses, workshops and a personal approach.

This app can be used for free by everyone, but extra tools and a library are available for our clients.You can find a calendar and mood tracker in the app that you can supplement with a personal addition to your experience, an energy meter and mental rest meter.
An action plan that you can fill in yourself or together with your therapist for the more difficult moments, a personal contact list with favorites, interesting information on various topics, professional helplines and direct links to these helplines.
The app can be set up personally and you can choose which information you do or do not wish to share with your therapist.
This way you retain control over your information and your well-being, but you can also count on help when you need it.The app is in full development so we would also like to ask you to give us feedback about your experience and any bugs you encounter, but also about optimization and tips and tricks that you might like and find useful in the app !After all, this app has been developed for you!
